At the beach, weather permitting, Monica Hidalgo of Eat Pretty Please will lead a short family food demonstration. Children can explore seasonal ingredients through color, smell, texture, and taste, then help assemble a small sample. Monica’s approach combines hands on cooking, food science, and curiosity so children can learn without pressure.
Tasting is optional. The final recipe, ingredients, common allergens, and participation details will be shared before the event. If beach conditions are unsafe, the Trail Hunt will continue and registered families will receive the updated food experience plan.
